About Olivia Breen

Now i’m going to tell you about Olivia Grace Helena Breen, also called Livvy, is a welsh paralympian athlete,who competes for Wales and Great Britain, Mainly in T38 Sprint and F38 long jump events. She was born on the 26th of July in 1996 which makes her 27 years old. She has cerebral palsy (A congenital disorder of movement, muscle tone or posture) and partial deafness (hard of hearing, or clinically as having hearing loss) She began racing since primary school.
She plays for the club City of Portsmouth. Breen is coached by Aston Moore, a long jump coach based in Loughborough.
She qualified for the 2012 Summer Paralympics and was selected for the T38 100m and 200m sprint. She was also part of the T35-38 women's relay team and has also represented Wales at the 2014, 2018 and 2022 Commonwealth Games winning gold in the F38 Long Jump in 2018 and gold in the T37/38 100m in 2022.
Olivia had always found school difficult but was always a good runner. Sports day had always been a great day for Olivia as it was the one day during the year when she was really good at something. It has always been very special to her.
Olivia is an inspiring athlete that deserves thousands of medals. Life was hard for her yet she still made it.
